Hello! I am a native Californian with a passion for Family, Business, Spiritual\Personal Growth and Coaching. This blog is a collection of these interests. I hope you enjoy reading my posts and encourage you to give feedback. My goal is to learn from you and share what I have learned in my path and focus thus far in life.

Family: I grew up in a family of four boys and I myself am raising four boys. I consider myself a bit a specialist in raising little dudes in to outstanding young men.

Business: I am a seasoned executive in sales growth, business development, strategic alliances, and leadership training. I have a track record of sales growth in small business ($1M) to large ($260M) through creating and improving the following aspects of business; inbound marketing (web 2.0), operations, routes to market, competitive positioning, strategic planning, alliances and partnerships, and identifying revenue growth opportunities. Spiritual\Personal Growth: I am a voracious reader and self-improvement junkie. I am constantly looking for new and better ways to get the most out of life in a balanced and sustainable manner.

Coaching: I have been a leader, teacher and coach for most of my life. I enjoy helping others overcome challenges and empower them to get more out of life, work, sports and relationships.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and graduated with Top Ten Honors from the Marshall School of Business Entrepreneur program. Outside of work I am an ocean enthusiast and love surfing, marine life, mountain biking, skiiing and keeping up with 4 active boys and my wife of 17 years.
